Los Angeles is not my favorite city. There is something about it that stays in the back of my mind and makes it hard to forget. Like the way you re-imagine childhood crushes, nostalgia romanticizes it and idealizes it until it stops resembling itself.
Idealize LA is a New York-based music and photography blog that juxtaposes visual and aural media. Songs can have visual companions, sometimes these are live photos, sometimes they are found photos. Idealize LA does not aim to be the first or the fastest; instead it thinks that music takes time to appreciate and often that time is not the first day it leaks.
