Civilian is the album that Warpaint was supposed to make. Wye Oak is a Baltimore-based duo that is my third favorite artist on Merge. NYC Taper recorded their most recent show at Bowery Ballroom, which can be downloaded here. But seriously, go buy Civilian, it's 5 bucks.
